Hello Spring: Seasons 52 Menu Review

IMG_5632.JPG

Spring is in full swing (North Carolina weather is up and down like crazy) which means that so many restaurants are releasing their special Spring menu items!! Picture you on a patio with a fruity cocktail with like flower petals floating in it. Excited yet? I definitely am. I had the pleasure of trying Seasons 52’s Hello Spring menu last week and am here to share allllll my faves you have to try.

First of all, one thing I really love about Seasons 52 is that it’s located in Crabtree Valley Mall, making it super easy to plan an entire fun evening full of food AND shopping. If you happen to be at the mall in the middle of the day, its the perfect place to stop for a quick app (love their flatbreads and hummus) or drink with a friend even if you aren’t ready for an entire meal quite yet.

When you dine at Seasons 52, you know that everything you’re consuming is fresh. Their menu changes each season (hence the name) so that customers can enjoy the freshest of ingredients that were made to be enjoyed in the season they are served in. I grew up eating whatever vegetables and fruits were ripe in grandma’s garden and that is truly when they are the best. It’s like a taste of home.

When Sam and I dined, we ordered the Hello Spring special that includes 3 course for $29.95 a person. I am a sucker for a meal that includes dessert. For our starter, I chose the Spinach and Strawberry salad (health is wealth ya know) and Sam chose the Black Bean and Bacon soup. The soup comes with the cutest baby baguette I have ever seen so definitely go with that.

They also have some BEAUTIFUL, new Spring cocktails! The Spring Rose Lemonade was 10/10. Sam tried the strawberry basil infusion, which was super pretty but was way too strong for me but he loved it LOL.

I knew what I was going to order for my entree as soon as I had looked up the menu beforehand. The Chicken Ravioli with Pesto Ricotta was so beautifully pictured on the website and totally won me over. It tasted just as good as it looked! I really enjoyed how the entrees at Seasons 52 were portioned perfectly. They serve you the actual amount of calories that you should consume in a daily meal instead of giving you enough for 3 people and then you end up eating too much. That is so hard to find, especially when eating at sit down restaurants, and that quality was so refreshing.

As I mentioned earlier, I am a sucker for dessert. I am someone who when the waiter asks if we want to see the dessert menu I have to hold my tongue because I always want to say yes and then end up forcing dessert on everyone. Which I mean, that doesn’t sound like a bad thing now that I am laying it all here. Anyways, Seasons 52 is known for their MINI INDULGENCES, aka mini dessert trifles, aka the best things ever. Pro tip: you can order the dessert flight and get every single one for $19. Definitely worth it.

They have 7 different flavors of these mini indulgences: Key Lime Pie, Mocha Macchiato, Pecan Pie, Peanut Butter Torte, Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli , Belgian Chocolate S’more, and seasonal flavor, Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake. 7 minis of heaven. Perfect when ya need a little somethin somethin. Sometimes I go to Seasons 52 just when I want dessert. I can get so many different desserts and then not feel sick after, IT’S THE BEST.

The Hello Spring menu is available only until May 26th!! RUN don’t WALK! It would be the perfect place to dine for Mother’s Day or to celebration graduation! Orrrrrrr to just go get a flight of chocolate peanut butter tortes. Yes girl yes. To see the food in action, head to Media Events in my Instagram Story highlights and see all my coverage of the evening! Promise you’ll feel like you were right there with me ;)
